I met Larry DeLancey in March at the Chicago Beauty Show (CMBS). He sat down in front of me; exhausted and stressed out after hitting every salon software booth at the show. Larry looked at me and said "You've got five minutes, show me what you've got!" I turned my laptop to him and quickly went through the intuitive functions. Larry and his friend turned and gave each other "a look" and said "Oh my God, that's easy! And what's that?" pointing to the PSA. After demonstrating the PSA, Larry sat back in his chair, looked at me, and said "I'll take it all!"

A month later, we flew down to Larry's salon, Hi Gorgeous, and set him up. After only half an hour, his receptionists were on the computer making appointments, putting in clients' information and cashing clients out. It's that easy.
