Can I run my entire chair renting business with PSA?
Yes, PSA offers client, schedule, color formulating, cash register and reports. Everything you need to run your small business from behind the chair.
Q:
How do I make an appointment?
Click and hold your stylus on the time on your schedule that you would like to book your client. A ring of blue dots will appear around your stylus and then a drop down box will appear. Select
"New Appointment".
Q:
Can I enter client information from my desktop computer when I sync my PSA to it?
No, syncing to your desktop or laptop computer will only create a file that stores your information for you on your desktop or laptop computer. This is an alternative way other than the flash card to save all of
your information.
Q:
Is there an easier way to enter all my client information besides using that tiny keyboard?
Yes, when your keyboard icon comes up, click the arrow on the right side of it. A box will appear; select "Letter Recognition". You can actually write your information in quickly from here.
Q:
I have over 200 clients. Do you offer a data entry service?
Yes, we can enter Client: Name, Address, 2 Phone Numbers and E-mail address for you at $0.25 a client. All you have to do is send us a copy of your client information and we will load it onto your PSA before we send it. If you already have your PSA and you would like us to enter your data, you will have to send your PSA back to us, we will load it and return it to you.
Q:
My color line is not in your database. How do I put my color formulas in?
Select "Custom Color" from the Color Line drop down menu and then just enter your formula. To make "Custom Color" your default, go to "Settings", select "Color Lines" and then check the "Default" box next to "Custom Color" and then "Save".
