Dr. Robert Redondo, the Chief Executive Officer of SalonTechnologies, is the architect for the company's compelling relationship with its clientele. Redondo's focus is to use SalonTechnologies to empower individual hairstylists, creative hair colorists, professional salons and cosmetology students to take ownership of their own careers.

Redondo is a practicing physician and the Medical Director within Rochester's largest regional emergency department. He has successfully overseen the acquisition of 2 major medical software applications for the University of Rochester at the Strong Memorial Regional Medical Center with costs exceeding $1 million each. He has secured a major capital budget request to build an additional specialized service area within the emergency department based upon a comprehensive strategic business plan and resource allocation study.

Dr. Redondo also has a background in mathematical and statistical analysis that has allowed him to study, initiate and implement multiple quality assurance and improvement initiatives; both for his work as medical director of his department, yet also as an entrepreneurial business owner. He is academically certified in group dynamics, crisis management, business administration and finance. He has a minor in business, which combined with his background as a Medical Director makes him extremely well rounded and particularly adept at making sound business decisions. His proven track record with team building and people skills allow him to provide motivating leadership, while always improving productivity and while also maintaining morale.

Redondo is credited for constructing SalonTechnologies' successful organic employee based business model. His sound business strategy is based around giving employees the entrepreneurial opportunity to work toward large corporate goals while using their individual strengths and creativity rather than merely assigning specific tasks. He's found that given the opportunity, good people will always keep an eye on professional growth and will use their freedom to find innovative ways to achieve success. Redondo's solid background in human resource and project management make him particularly adept at orchestrating this unique goal-oriented strategy.

Much of Redondo's success can be attributed to setting challenging strategic quantitative and qualitative goals for and with his team while being willing to work within the SalonTechnologies framework toward accomplishing those same goals. "I never ask more from an employee than I'm willing to do myself," notes Redondo, "In order for anyone to buy into our strategic business plan, they must first see and believe that I am 100% committed to the success of our company. We can only be successful when we are able to move the company in the direction that meets our client's respective needs."
