To Formulate, just select your Client, Application Type, Color Line, your clients' Natural Color, your Target Color and the Percentage of Gray. Then just select Formulate.
When you select Refreshing Options, you can select the refreshing option to add to your formula results screen.
The Formulation Details Screen will give you your Formula and Refreshing Option, you will have the opportunity at this time to change or customize your formula. Then select Save.
By selecting the Parameters button, the Formulation Details Screen will come up with all the details you have selected for your clients' formulation.
Scroll through your Client List or Search by inputting a letter or two or select New and add a new client.
Enter a new clients' information or look-up an existing clients' information including their Details, Services, Hair Color Formulas, Billing Information and personal Notes.
Client Services will give you your clients' past presennt and future appointments.
From the Formula Screen you can look-up your clients past formulas. By selecting the formula date, you will open up the formula details of that service.
Client Billing History will give you your clients' past billing information.
Client Notes is a great way to remember intimate details about your client that they will appreciater, such as: birthdays and anniversaries or up-coming events in their lives.
When scheduling a client, you can easily change; which client, service, date and time of service, duration of service and add important Notes for that specific service. A star will show up next to your clients' name alerting you that they have a Note for that service.

Salon Register - Initial Service Payment Record
In your Payment Detail Screen you can select what type of payment, add a tip and the amount tendered. You can also do partial payments if your client wishes to pay half in cash and half on a credit card, for example. You can also split tips.
To conclude your transaction, just select Accept and the register will change from Open to Closed. Just select Close.
